Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC) has the introduced the appointment of Don O’Sullivan as its new Chief Executive Officer, commencing 18 June 2024.

As CEO, O’Sullivan will lead the continued growth of the Malaysian-owned web site, following the restoration and public opening of the Grade II listed Power Station – already a vibrant retail and leisure vacation spot which welcomed 11.2 million guests in 2023.

O’Sullivan may even oversee the operation of the rising riverside neighbourhood, which is already residence to over 140 retailers, bars and eating places, boasts greater than 2,500 residents and has distinctive leisure venues and workplace area.

That consists of Apple’s new 500,000 sq ft UK headquarters, and the newly launched 50 Electric Boulevard, a 200,000 sq ft state-of-the-art workplace constructing designed by Foster + Partners.

O’Sullivan was previously the CEO of Galliard Homes from July 2017 till March 2022, having first joined the corporate in 2001 as a contract supervisor. A chartered civil engineer, he started his profession with Balfour Beatty in 1990.

At the beginning of 2024, Battersea Power Station reported it had seen a 30% year-on-year rise in guests in December 2023. That contributed to a 52% rise in total gross sales in December 2023, versus December 2022.
