Boots launches “biggest ever” summer campaign with new media innovations

Boots is celebrating the arrival of the British summer with the launch of its greatest ever summer campaign, titled Perfectly Imperfect.

Described by the model, the campaign recognises the general public’s potential to seek out the enjoyment in each British summer state of affairs and highlights the “power and resilience of the nation; ready for any climate, impediment, or delay”.

The movie tells the story of an ideal British summer’s day at a lido, from the attitude of a wasp.

Running for ten weeks, the campaign can be supported with TV, radio, cinema, digital OOH, print, social, digital, in-store and on-line activations. As a part of this, Boots has launched a 30-second TV advert, which has been developed in partnership with the retailer’s promoting company at The Pharm.

The campaign additionally incorporates new media innovations, with a spread of “disruptive” media codecs in partnership with media house owners, reminiscent of actionable good speaker audio promoting with SayItNow.
